The multi-layer structure of the car coating film is coated through the coating process, which combines the functional coating, TPU base film and pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the coating process can be divided into two processes, namely gluing and functional layer process.

 

The first process: firstly, after the inspection of the raw materials, the TPU substrate enters the workshop, and the gluing is the production process of pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the glue is evenly coated on the surface of the TPU substrate, and the first winding is completed after glue making and drying.

 

The second process: the second rolling, the functional coating is evenly coated on the other side of the TPU base film, and the functional layer is completed. However, the completion of the two processes does not mean the end of the coating process, and it also needs to go through 3~5 hours, and the semi-finished car coating after the second winding needs to be placed in the maturation room, and after standing in the environment of 55 degrees Celsius for 12~24 hours, the glue and raw materials are fully bonded together, and the performance is more stable.
