    Dingxin Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a premium soft PVC (TPH) with a clear, stable pressure sensitive adhesive system, designed to provide the best overall properties to protect the paint or other smooth surface from stone, stain, abrasion or impact. Black finish matching most factory matte paints that can transform glossy vehicle paint to clear black.

    For our PPF(TPH), we can also make the top coating with Glossy and matte type, with high self-healing ability and good cost performance. Our products are already entered in European market, North American market and so on. If anything interests, please kindly contact with us.

* PROTECT PAINT

Our sophisticated technology provides a dense top coat that heals faster than most PPF brand on the market and a beautiful crystal-clear finish that anti-yellows or cracks for at least 1 years. These extremely durable films safeguard any vehicles paint from airborne impurities, common scratches, and road debris damage.

* SELF-HEALING COATING

The ability to heal is an advanced feature inside the films coating called (TPH), a flexible thermoplastic layer that can self-heal once damage occurs. Slight abrasions, scratches or outdoor hazards can be easily averted with these time-tested products.

* IMPROVED GLOSS

As light passes through the film it illuminates the paint color giving it a shiny glazed appearance. Silicone elements in the substrate also enhance the original paint producing a smooth high-gloss finish.

* STAIN RESISTANCE

The anti-stain protection comes from polyurethane dispersion (PUD), which is a self-cross-linking technology that enhances coating properties, such as hardness, water, and solvent resistance.

 

    Our paint protection film protects vehicle exteriors from scratches and minor damage. It has the unique characteristic of restoring itself from slight scratches and accidental marks. Healing properties activate at room temperature, or from sunlight. A virtually invisible protective layer seals the paint color in and prevents staining. This coverage adds value, preserving the vehicle's original, shiny new look.

4. Installation Step

 

Step:

(1) Clean the car surface.

(2) Take out the film and contrast the approximate location.

(3) Peel off the back film gently and spray a little water added on the sticky side.

(4) Spray a little water added on the Car surface.

(5) Place the film on the car area in a good position,Align with the edges and adjust the position.

(6) Use a scraper to remove the water from the inside.

(7) Scrape the moisture off the edges thoroughly,Then let it sit for 24 hours.
