The online coating equipment of polyester film is usually composed of coating liquid feeding device, corona device, kissing guide roller, coating scraper cavity, coating concave roller, coating rubber press roller, S-shaped exit roller, etc.
1. Coating liquid feeding device
The coating liquid feeding device is composed of a liquid dispensing tank, a liquid supplying pump, a liquid supplying pipeline and an intermediate tank. The prepared coating liquid is driven into the intermediate tank through the liquid dispensing tank, and pumped into the scraper cavity through the intermediate tank.
2. Corona treatment device
The corona treatment device is located at the front end of the coating equipment and is used for corona treatment on the surface of the polyester film before coating to increase the surface tension of the film, so that the subsequent coating treatment flow is evenly distributed and the coating liquid is firmly attached to the surface of the film.
3. Spatula cavity
The scraper chamber is composed of a cavity and a coating scraper. The scraper chamber is in close contact with the coating concave roll in the working state, and the coating liquid is transferred to the coating concave roll. The coating scraper is used to remove the excess coating liquid on the coating roll, so that the coating liquid is evenly distributed on the coating roll. The replaceable coating scraper is usually made of stainless steel material.
4. Coating roller
A coating roll is a metal roll with small grooves on its surface, each of which is carefully arranged to form a honeycomb structure. The coating liquid is brought into the groove of the coating roll through the scraper chamber, and then transferred to the film through the coating roll. In the coating process, the running direction of the coating roller needs to be set to the opposite direction of the film, and the purpose of transferring the coating liquid has been achieved. A coating system with double-sided coating requires an upper and lower coating roller.
5. Apply rubber rolls
The coated rubber roll can be lifted when the coating film is not produced, so that the coating roll does not contact the cast sheet, and the press roll makes the cast sheet contact the coating roll during production to achieve coating. If double-sided coating products are produced, the top coating roller transfers the coating liquid to the surface of the rubber roller, from which the rubber roller transfers the coating liquid downward to the cast.
