Coatings can be divided into two categories from a technical and functional point of view:
【Technical Coating:】
(1) Sparse coating: In fact, it is the early coating technology of invisible car clothing, which provides a simple protective effect, but it is easy to fall off, dye, and tarnish.
(2) Dense coating: At present, the mainstream coating technology of high-end invisible car clothing focuses on enhancing the anti-fouling ability, and is accompanied by good hydrophobic properties, so that the problems of corrosion, ash absorption and dyeing of traditional car clothing are effectively improved.
【Functional Coating:】
(1) Repair coating in seconds: Scratches can disappear automatically in a short period of time at room temperature, but because the coating molecules are active for a long time and the activity loss is fast, the repair effect of the coating cannot be maintained for a long time, and when the coating molecules lose their activity, the aesthetics of the car coating will be seriously affected.
(2) Thermal repair coating: It needs to be heated to achieve the scratch repair effect. At room temperature, the molecular activity is low and the fluidity is not strong, but with the increase of temperature, the molecular activity increases, so as to accelerate the effect of self-healing. The thermal repair coating is only active when it is heated, which can maintain the molecular activity for a long time and maintain the scratch repair ability of the car coating for a long time.

(1) Aromatic TPU: The yellowing of aromatic TPU is its inevitable characteristic, because ultraviolet rays make some of its structures change immutably, resulting in a chromogenic group, and the color changes from transparent to yellow, and its yellowing degree can eventually reach 40%-50%.
(2) Aliphatic TPU: It can be understood as a variant of aromatic TPU, the difference between the two is that the yellowing structure of the latter is removed, so that it can maintain the original transparency under the influence of long-term ultraviolet rays, and its final yellowing degree is generally not more than 10%.

The effects of good and bad glues
(1) Inferior glue: the viscosity is unstable, it is easy to fall off the glue when attaching, it is easy to leave offset marks on the car paint, it is easy to degum, delaminate and blister after long-term use, and the residual glue when tearing off may also penetrate into the inside of the car paint, and even the car paint is easy to take down when tearing the film.
(2) High-quality glue: low viscosity when attaching, can be repeatedly adjusted without leaving traces, after the water is evaporated, it has the characteristics of high stickiness, so that the paint and the car clothing are tightly fitted, will not fall off, and when tearing the film, it is more convenient to tear off, and will not form residual glue on the surface of the car paint, making the car paint safer.
